GL Power, Inc. has acquired Reese Machine Co., Inc., a long-time supplier of contract machining services. This strategic acquisition expands GL Power's manufacturing capabilities and capacity, further strengthening its ability to support customers with integrated solutions.
The business will continue operating as Reese Machine LLC from its current location in Ashtabula, Ohio. The existing team, equipment, and leadership will remain in place, with Dale Reese, former owner of Reese Machine, continuing as General Manager to ensure continuity in leadership, quality, and customer support.
The addition of Reese Machine enhances GL Power's vertically integrated capabilities, particularly in precision machining and component manufacturing. GL Power's expanded geographic reach and access to new markets will also create additional opportunities to leverage the capabilities of Reese Machine.
