Gutter Guardian, a locally owned gutter company serving homeowners throughout Ohio and Kentucky, is excited to announce the addition of Remington Hayslip to its growing team. At just 19 years old, Hayslip is beginning his career in the gutter industry, working alongside experienced team members to learn the skills needed to provide quality gutter installations.
As an installation technician, Hayslip works directly on job sites, assisting with gutter installations and supporting the crew with daily tasks. His responsibilities include helping prepare materials, assisting installers, and learning the proper techniques needed to complete each project safely and efficiently. By working alongside experienced professionals, Hayslip is gaining valuable hands-on experience while becoming familiar with Gutter Guardian's installation standards.
Gutter Guardian owner Denton White is personally training Hayslip, with the long-term goal of preparing him to eventually operate his own installation truck and lead a crew. This hands-on training approach allows Hayslip to learn the company's processes directly from its owner while developing the skills and confidence needed to take on greater responsibilities in the future.
"We're really excited to have Remington join our team," said Denton White, owner of Gutter Guardian. "He's young, and we see a lot of potential in him. Right now, I'm working with him personally to teach him how we do things and make sure he learns the right way from the beginning. Our hope is that, as he gains more experience, he'll eventually be able to run his own truck and lead a crew. We're excited to help him grow and see what he can accomplish."
